Prices Listed on the Site

As a courtesy, prices on the site are listed in several currencies. The prices indicated in currencies other than the Canadian dollar are provided as indications only and do not reflect up-to-date exchange rates, which vary constantly. Please note that all orders are invoiced in Canadian dollars. If you reside in a country other than Canada, an exchange rate towards the local currency of that country will be applied automatically by your credit card company.

Québec residents must add GST and QST to the prices listed on the site while all other Canadian residents must add GST to the prices indicated on the site. People residing outside of Canada are not required to add any taxes to the prices listed on the site.

Payment

When placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount of your order (price of products, shipping costs and applicable taxes) as indicated on the site at the time of the order. You also agree to honour your contract with your financial institution (credit card issuer).

Delivery

Shipping costs are assumed entirely by the purchasing party. The purchaser is also responsible for any and all customs charges applicable on deliveries outside of Canada.

All shipments are made via Canada Post and must be delivered to a postal address (street address); post office boxes are not accepted.

Depending on product availability, an order will be prepared for delivery in less than 5 working days. The Woman in Me will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping supplier (Canada Post).

Warrantee and Refund

You have the right to return items you bought within a period of 14 days. As some might be on its way longer, please be so kind and inform us about those returns in advance by e-mail. Please use the following Contact Form

You will be responsible for the cost of shipment you want to return to us. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. New and unworn means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product.

All returns must be in original packaging. We will not accept a return if the item shows any indication that it has been used. We think this is more than fair, as you don’t want to buy anything as " new " if it was worn by somebody else, correct?

The cost of the merchandise is the amount that will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please let us know, if you have any concerns about our return policy. do have any further questions, please feel free to contact us all the time.

Limited Liability

In all cases, the height of The Woman in Me's liability resulting from the purchase and/or use of its products and/or services is limited to a refund of the purchase price.
